Frank Potoczak, dreamer, creator, entrepreneur, builder & chef…Frank had always dreamt of owning a restaurant, a place which would feature good, fresh food made daily, traditional American and Polish cuisine with affordable pricing for family budgets .

As a successful entrepreneur, Frank was no stranger to working hard to achieve a dream. He already had two successful technology related businesses when the location for his dream was available. Directing his time and energy to transforming a former gas station and used car lot into Castle Grill, this dream began to take physical form.
